margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px; padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px;" src="http://www.aflnews.co.kr/news/photo/201911/163729_30581_4045.jpg" border="1"></td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <p>“잦은 비로 가락동농수산물도매시장에 출하되는 배의 품질이 좋지 않습니다. 열과와 기형과가 많고 당도가 떨어집니다. 이에 선별을 좀 더 철저히 해야 농가 수취가격이 향상될 것으로 전망됩니다. 품위가 좋은 배는 후숙을 통해 출하해야 좀 더 높은 가격을 받을 수 있습니다.”</p> <p>30여년 동안 경매사로 일하며 농가 수취가격 향상에 매진하고 있는 김갑석 ㈜중앙청과 과일팀 부장.</p> <p>현재 배를 담당하고 있는 김 부장은 “올해 이상기후로 배 품위가 떨어져 추석 대목에도 도매가격이 높게 형성되지 않았다”며 “현재 출하되는 물량도 당도가 낮고 저품위의 배가 많아 농가에서 선별을 철저하게 해야 한다”고 설명했다.</p> <p>그는 조이스킨과 그린시스, 청배 등 새로운 품종의 배가 소비지에서 인기를 얻고 있기 때문에 과원의 일부 품종 갱신도 필요하다고 말했다.</p> <p>과거에는 명절용으로 주로 사용돼 노란색의 큰 배를 선호했지만 평상시 소비로 크기가 작고 당산비가 적절한 배를 찾은 소비자들이 늘고 있다는 것이다.</p> <p>김 부장은 “내년 설 명절 좀 더 높은 가격을 받기 위해서는 현재 창고에서 저장되고 있는 배를 후숙할 필요가 있다”며 “대형유통업체에서 판매 후 리콜되는 부분까지 신경을 쓰기 때문에 농가에서도 이 같은 사항을 인지해야 한다”고 조언했다.</p> <p>지베릴린 처리에 대해서는 이른 추석에 물량을 맞추기 어려운 부분이 있기 때문에 완전히 막는 부분을 다시 한 번 고민할 필요가 있다고 설명했다.</p> <p>또한 내년 6월 1일부터 시행되는 배 소포장 사업은 생산자 단체, 유통인, 농가 간 이견이 있는 만큼 관련 회의를 통해 좀 더 명확하게 해야 한다는 입장을 피력했다.</p> <p>그는 “농가 조직화를 통해 배가 파렛트로 출하된다면 물류효율화에 도움이 될 뿐만 아니라 시장 내 정체시간이 줄어 소비지까지 품위가 유지될 수 있다”며 “시설현대화사업을 통해 정온설비가 갖춰진다면 콜드체인시스템 운송이 가능해질 것”이라고 밝혔다.</p><br>박현렬 기자&nbsp;&nbsp;hroul0223@aflnews.co.kr<br><div class="view_copyright2" style="color: rgb(32, 32, 32);
