바로가기농수산물유통 및 가격안정에 관한 법률 제 30조에 의거도매시장에 농수산물을 출하하고자 하는 생산자 및 생산자 단체는반드시 해당 도매시장 개설자에게 출하자 신고를 하고 신고 후 부여된 출하자 신고번호를 송품장 등에 기재하여 거래하여야 합니다.출하자 신고를 아니하고 도매시장에 출하하는 출하자는 농수산물유통 및 가격안정에 관한 법률 제 38조 2호에 의거하여 농수산물의 수탁 거부, 기피 또는 차별대우를 받을 수 있습니다.아울러 2021년 2월 8일 이후부터 서울시농수산식품공사「농산물 수탁 시 법규 준수 철저 」(2021.02.04, 물류개선팀-227)에 의거하여가락시장 출하시 미 신고자 또는 출하자 신고 거부자에 대해서는 수탁 거부 등의 불이익이 있을수 있으니 미신고 출하자분들께서는 필히 도매시장 개설자에게 신고하여 주시기 바랍니다.                   ※ 출하자 신고방법 : 인터넷 또는 서면제출방법                         ① 출하자 신고 (인터넷 신청) : 출하자신고사이트로 이동                         ② 출하자 신고 (서면제출)                             - 출하자 신고서 작성후(첨부파일) 팩스전송 : 02-3435-0442 또는 0445                             - 당사는 출하자분들의 편의를 위해 신고서 양식을 입하사무실에 비치하고 있으니                               이용하시기 바랍니다.                            기타 문의는 서울시농수산식품공사로 문의 (승인 관련 문의 : 02-3435-0437)
